As a spiritual director and writer, I walk with people who long to encounter God in the real and ordinary places of their lives. My work is shaped by an incarnational and formational vision of the Christian life. I believe God draws near to us in our humanity, meets us in our longing and our lament, and gently forms us through the presence of the Holy Spirit.
My own formation has been shaped by a wide range of Christian traditions. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the breadth of the Christian story and the many ways God meets people in their lived experience. My background as a worship leader has formed in me a love for theological aesthetics, sacred imagination, and the embodied practices that help us attend to God’s presence.
I write and teach on spiritual formation, prayer, and the slow work of becoming more like Christ. My hope is to create spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, and discover the sacred woven through their everyday rhythms. Whether through spiritual direction, guided prayer, or contemplative teaching, I seek to help others cultivate a grounded and sustainable life with God.
I hold a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Christos Center for Spiritual Formation, an M.A. in Theology and Culture from Northwest University, and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from George Fox University. I am a member of CDSA.
